Terms of Service

1. Services

ALiF Ladies Tailor provides custom stitching, fabric sales, and design consultation. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate measurements or visit our shop for measurements.

2. Stitching & Fittings

While we strive for the perfect fit, minor alterations may be required. We offer one free alteration within 7 days of delivery if the fitting issue is due to our error.

3. Fabric Responsibility

If you provide your own fabric, please ensure it is of good quality. We are not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage due to poor fabric quality.

4. Delivery Timelines

Standard stitching takes 5-7 days. Urgent orders (24-48 hours) may attract extra charges. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary during festive seasons.

5. Payments

A 50% advance is required for all custom stitching orders. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery/pickup.
