Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Stitching

Due to the personalized nature of custom tailoring, we do not offer returns or refunds on stitched garments once the fabric has been cut.

However, we offer free alterations if the garment does not fit according to the measurements provided at the time of booking.

2. Ready-made Products

For ready-made items (like Laces, Latkans, or Ready-to-wear standard sizes):

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

3. Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product or a wrong design, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 72504 70009) within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or repair.

4. Cancellation

Custom orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of booking. Once cutting begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
